I read all the negatives about go relax travel posted in this web site however I do not agree with any of it. First of..... how can anyone charge a credit card unless you give them the information?. When the representative called me the transaction was recorded and my authorization was required. If you think about it where can you take such a cheap vacation for so little money and have a great time. I created memories for me and my family and I will do it over and over again. Thanks to Go Relax Travel it was possible and affordable and yes you wait a bit when calling but doesn't that tell you that is because of the amount of business they are getting? No se porque se quejan tanto y dicen que esto es un fraude. Cuando yo llame para participar en lo de las vacaciones primero hubo alguien que me explico como era la promocion y luego otra persona pidio mi autorizacion para usar mi tarjeta de banco. A mi nadie me ha sacado dinero de mi cuenta sin autorizarlo y mi paquete de vacaciones me llego en 5 dias. I thought I won a trip on the radio station, I gave them a call and they came out with the suprise that I had to pay $260 for my (FREE)!!!! package. I agreed with it and i payed it because i wanted a really nice vacation. I called 29 days ahead to make my reservations, Guess what? another suprise $60 again because I did not call ahead of time to speak with someone on the phone. I was Flucking mad I had waited 30 minutes at a time everytime I called to speak with someone most of the girls working there had horrible costumer service. When I say horrible it was horrible. I work in customer service and I know how to make my customers happy. I was supposed to feel relax, at no point I have been relaxed I am very, vey uppset they do not understand when they make a mistake to fix it. Damary was the only representative that helped me with a good attitude. The rest looked like they were hired without any trainning it looks like they just hired pitbulls from the street to work at that Office. First of all, they have people writing bogus "postive" reviews everywhere to try to counter the TRUE reviews that bring them out in the open. A friend said she heard about this on the RADIO so we all thought it was a trusted source. it wasn't. several of us got this "deal" that was to be $199 for a vacation in disneyland. instead they charged our account $389.95 and would refuse to give us our money back. Call your local radio station so that these people stop using the radio to scam people. We are doing that already. We are also telling everyone we know to prevent them from getting defrauded like so many already did. if you look up their name and nubmer you will see the internet is FILLED with complaints and scam reports. they are a SCAM BEWARE. I know all of you say that u had a bad deal but for me it was the best trip ever and I got 2 vacations for only $338.99 This was the best one so far I got 4 days & 3 nights to Punta Cana in Dominican Rep. in a 5 star Resort OMG everything was included.. I go with one of my friends and we eat all we want and DRINK all we want!!! Lol LOVEEEE IT!!! I really did enjoy my time there, the beach, the sun, all the restaurants also are part of the deal ohh yeahh and the drinks did I said that already?!? Haha Ok I will say that I first I didn't though it was for real but I now can say that it wasn't bad at all and plus the room service is very good over there and really smily ppl also... Dominicans are the best!!! =) Ok yeah we did go to the 90 mints presentation but all they did was show us the whole resort and offer me the chance of getting in there club but I just said no and it was whatever they said it was all good is not like u have to buy anything they just keep showing me all anyways... Ohhh and the second vacation the girl that put my package together did it for Orlando but after I got the letter on the mail I called and change it to LAS VEGAS baby!!! That was awesome!!! Got the pictures to show on my facebook =) The hotel was nice and they also show me the whole place there I didn't go with the same friend but like they say what happens in vegas stays there so I don't have to say with who!!! So for those of you who just don't know what a good deal is I say that u need another vacation!!! I know I will because next month I'm gonna get another one for the same price to Cozumel, Mexico because I never been there before and also you get the second vacation as a gift but they told me that for just $84 more I can add a 3rd vacation wherever else I wan on the destinations they have, I said no the first time because I didn't have all the money at the moment but ill get that one next time I order with them... Also if you let them know with time they help you get great flights deals so you don't have a problem getting a cheap ticket like they did with me because they give me 18 months to take the vacations whenever I want to but at reservations I asked and they help me out with that, so that was good for me!!! ..... I checked everything online before and I saw all of this comments or "reviews" you all post but I also find out that this company "GO RELAX" have 4 years working and giving cheap vacations to ppl like me that have no that much money to spend in vacations and have the dream of someday doing something like this just for pleasure!!! I gave them one star, because a rating is required. They do not deserve even one star. This company is a scam. When you supposedly "win" a radio call-in, you are referred to them. You don't "win" anything. They try to scam you into buying a vacation at which you will have to attend a time-share presentation. They do this by telling you the details at the very end of the call, really fast, and after you are all worked up about "winning." Supposily I had won a family gift pack to Disneyland from the radio station and 2 other trips to Las Vegas with hotel and everything paid for 4 adults.They told me it was a 5day 4night at a Hotel at Disneyland I just had to pay a activation fee of $243.08, They charged me 343.90 A week later I recieved the letter it was for a 2adult one day theme park tickets to Disneyland. I called them right away to tell them that wasnt what they said and they never answered. called today demanding my refund.They said to send a letter by fax saying why I want to cancel, and the letter they sent me signed. If I send that letter signed, I will confirm my registration and that is not what i want to do... I called my bank and they are doing the investigation, I hope I can get out othis problem... This is all a SCAM... on Dec 7th while my mother was istening to the radio station 1310 LA MEGA in Phialdelphia...They were looking for caller #5 to answer a question and win a trip to Orlando....my mother called and who'd known...she was the "WINNER" she was told there customer service dept would call her to get all of her information....they did.... her credit card number...immediately charged her card...she was to receive her package in the mail in 7 - 10 days later....here it is over 40 days later and numberous calls...their "SUPERVISOR MYRA" says the package must have gotten lost in the mail or something...but, has no answers... the only phrase she knows how to repeat is....THERE IS NO REFUNDS.... ***** DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTIST YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER ***** more

I am truely dissatisfied with this company, I can not begin to express how messed up these people are. I supposably won a vacation on the radio: I had to pay $200 upfront for supposed paper fees. So I did, Then when I wanted to make a reservation, they wouldn't send the confirmation to sign, after calling 3 times I finally got to request it. But guess what they changed the dates on me, They picked their own dates not the date I requested. So I disputed that and they made me cancell that reservation, although I never chose it. Now I've rescheduled, I faxed and emailed back that confirmation for the new reservation, and they again, cancelled it. Claiming they never got my confirmation. I have my fax sheet that shows the fax went through and an email to prove that I sent it, and now they said I have to pay another registration fee to be able to get a reservation again. Common, it was their mistake that first time, and I have proof of the second time, so what else do they want. My money is what they want. They're F N Liars, and scammers. I spoke to Gisala which is a real (B) - Witch, and to Cathy who's a rooky with an attitude. I will find a way to take them to court to get my money back. Last May of 2008 I heard a promotion on the radio station Amor, NY in ref to a vacation to Orlando,FL for my family and I. At first I dought on calling due to negative information about any vacation company, but I took the decition and call, since the very first moment I spoke to the rep. at Go Relax Travel, I felt confortable. Everything was explain to me. I then spoke to a second person who was the supervisor who also verified all the information that the rep gave, everything was clear, but I have to say that I was still nervous that it was a scam. I then call the numbers that was given to me for Cust. Serv. and the company was there. I just made reservation for my trip. I have received all the services that was promised to since the first time I call. When I take my vacation I will come back and share that experince with everyone here. In November, I became a victim of this company's scam. I heard on the radio Station "La Preciosa" this "FREE vacation to Orlando and Puerto Vallarta. They said I was caller #7 and I won the free vacation. It was free because it was a promotional package. I was asked to give them my credit account number and when I refused, they told me they already had all my information in front of them. They just needed to verify it, and the reason they needed the visa number it was because they needed to charge a $39 fee. After refusing several times and arguing I did not need any vacations, I "confirmed" my account number to them. Before I could say anything, the man said. "OK, on your credit card you'l see a charge for $404. Have a nice day!", and he hang up. So, I called them back immediately, but guess what? I got a recording every time I called. I could never talk to anybody. They are all a bunch of thieves and liars. As for the promotional package, I never received such a package. I got a brochure advertising these wonderful trips to different cities in Mexico, Orlando and Dominican Republic. Please BEWARE! Don't let this happen to YOU. Emilbery more

Please beware of this organization as all they want to do is take your money. There is no free vacation like they claim. If you just happened to give them your bank information please do not sign the "confirmation" letter you receive in the mail, you have no chance if you sign the letter. Immediately call your bank and start a claim, let them know they are a fraudulent organization who deceived you into giving them your bank information; promises were made that weren't kept. Tell your bank that there is no proof you are not the caller on the recorded conversation. That was my savior with the bank and they instantly issued our account a temporary credit and started their own research. I believe the bank will find proof these are scam artists. GO RELAX TRAVEL IS A BIG SCAM THAT USED A RADIO STATION TO GIVE A WAY A FREE VACATION PACKAGE FOR 1ST 5 CALLERS. WHEN WE CALLED THEM; THEY SAID WE HAD TO PAY THE TAX ON THE PACKAGE BUT SINCE THEY SAID IT WOULD PAY FOR AIRFARE UP TO FOUR WHICH COVERS OUR FAMILY; WE SENT THEM THE MONEY FOR THE 3 DAYS IN oRLANDO PACKAGE WITH FREE HOTEL AND TWO THEMEPARK TICKETS IF WE ATTEND THE REQUIRED ONE DAY MEETING AND PRESENTATION. On 11/20/08 on my way to work I heard on RUMBA, a radio station, that they were giving away free vacations to the first 15 callers, I was caller # 5 and I talked with Katia Sequeira, she advised me of the vacation package that was being offered and advised me that there would be a fee of 299.00 (which I thought was a pretty good deal. at no point was I advised that the package did not include air fare. It was all vary quick and there was alot of noise in the background (of course, it was a radio station) I was very excited about winning such a great deal to Punta Cana, 4 days 3 nights at the Sol Melia hotel.. all inclusive... the she sd she would transfer me to GO RELAX for confirmation, where I spoke with Mrs. Orly, on of their managers. she proceeded vary quickly and loudly to confirm the information and to take my card information to make the payment, I advised her I was about to go into work, and that the transaction would have to be scheduled for 11/21/08 so that I can have the funds available. She then offered me for an additional fee of 74 dollars, 2 more vacation packages to either pto rico or orlando, I asked if those includded airfare as well and she said no, only punta cana.. ( I stil have to listen to the call, since it was on a recorded line) but I can almost swear and are 99% sure she confirmed Punta Cana includded (boletos aereos) air fare... I had to go into work, for which I was already a few minutes late. I went into work very excited and told my co workers that for the first time in my life I had won a radio contest, but I was greatly concerned when one of my co workers said to find out more, that it was a scam. during my lunch time I called again to make sure since I was greatly concerned, and I had the misfortune to encounter 7 representatives who were extremely rude and unprofessional. my lunch time was over.
