I was happy to know that I could get an appointment on the same day I called. The technicians were kind and professional. Questions were welcomed and answered. They didn't push their products and were quick to offer alternatives, such as tea tree oil that can be found in any health food store. My experience was excellent. The minute we walked in, they greeted us and took very good care of me and my son. For someone who has never had to deal with lice before, going to HF made it a lot easier for me. I highly recommend it if you are in this unfortunate situation. I scheduled an appointment with this office, and was not read a cancellation policy. I had a Monday appointment and needed to change it to a later time. The voicemail did not work on Sunday. I called first thing Monday. During office hours, there was only an answering machine, and now I could leave a message. I called again in the afternoon, and left another message on the answering machine. They finally called me back, right before my appointment time. They told me I couldn't move or reschedule my appointment without being charged the entire amount. She was rude and wouldn't work with me. She insisted that I had been read the cancellation policy. I am a medical doctor, and am very well aware of cancellation policies. I was not read one. This place functions more like a back alley service center rather than a reputable office helping people with their medical problems. more
