Review content:
I scheduled an appointment with this office, and was not read a cancellation policy. I had a Monday appointment and needed to change it to a later time. The voicemail did not work on Sunday. I called first thing Monday. During office hours, there was only an answering machine, and now I could leave a message. I called again in the afternoon, and left another message on the answering machine. They finally called me back, right before my appointment time. They told me I couldn't move or reschedule my appointment without being charged the entire amount. She was rude and wouldn't work with me. She insisted that I had been read the cancellation policy. I am a medical doctor, and am very well aware of cancellation policies. I was not read one. This place functions more like a back alley service center rather than a reputable office helping people with their medical problems.
