A review on Robert Pape 7/7/2015

Robert was a great help on chooseing which unit fit our needs the best. Robert's knowledge of each unit was great. Our unit was around 30 years old and broke down. He was able to have a new unit installed the next day. ( Saturday ) We live in the desert, 110 to 115 and humid. thanks again Robert. more

Excellent Service 6/25/2015

We have worked with Robert P. over several years now. We buy and sell houses for a living. He has always been very professional and always follows up with any issues or orders. He also sold and installed our new air conditioner and furnace in our home. He also followed up with us about our rebate check, to make sure we had everything to receive the rebate. We enjoy seeing and working with Robert. He always has a great smile and very friendly with he arrives. more

Unit installation 5/2/2015

Tim did a neat clean installation of my new air conditioning/ heating unit. He removed my old unit and had my new unit up and running in four hours. I highly recommend Tim and The General for your heating and air conditioning needs. more

Service Tech called prior to arriving to confirm time. He was very polite & explained exactly what he was going to do it and welcomed me to look over his shoulder and he would explain exactly what tests he was performing. Very professional, thorough polite & trusting service. Would recommend our General Technician to anyone. more
