I wanted to pass along how pleased I was with the service we rec'd from Sal & his partner Chris Jones. They were prompt in arrival, Sal did most of the talking and walked me through and understood what I should look for. Both of the guys were very professional. Don't let them get away. more

Jonathan C.: Review of AC installation May 6, 2017 5/9/2017

Jonathan and his partner Adrian spent eleven hours at our home installing a new air conditioning system. Both were very polite during the day, were careful to keep things clean, and they knew what they were doing and completed their work efficiently. They picked up all debris from the installation, and repainted a few nicks. We recommend both of them highly.. We have dealt with this firm for years; I commend them again for training their installers so well. more

New Ducts 1/20/2017

We had Jonathan C and Adrian install new ducts to replace old warning system. They were Outstanding! Left the house as clean as when they arrived; were extremely courteous and diligent. The General is well represented by this team. In fact if I didn't know better I would have thought Jonathan owned the company. The kind of employees you dream to have working for you. more

What a difference 8/14/2016

Wow, Tim and his team did an outstanding job. They replace 2 A/C units, all ducting and vents. Before his work, we had a trickle of air going to the master bedroom and bath. After his work we had a strong flow. Tim also advised that when the can lights were put in (about 15 years ago) the insulation was not put back in place. Tim took the time to repositioned the insulation around the lights. Again outstanding job. Oh, and the work was done when the outside temps were between 105 and 110 degrees! more

Great Job 5/23/2016

The first AC shop I called said it would take at least two weeks for a call. At General Lisa in the office was very helpful and booked Angel for that same day. Angel really knows his stuff. This was a refridgeration unit, not an AC, and many AC service shops wont touch it. Angel is very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely ask for him again. more

Shawn Brown, Sr. Service Technician 4/10/2016

This was the first time that Shawn serviced my Heat Pump which is on my roof. He arrived promptly within the allotted 2 hour time frame for my semi-annual service/inspection. Shawn was very thorough and took about an hour to do what needed to be done. He was very professional and extremely courteous and looked sharp in his uniform. I have been a customer of DCS/General Air Conditioning for well over twenty years, I wouldn't trust my appliance to any other company. Great job Shawn! I am looking forward to having you back in the Fall. more

Great asset to General Airconditioning 3/31/2016

I recently had Daniel B. of General Air service my HVAC unit. Wow, Daniel checked everything and cleaned my unit inside and out. He even sealed my unit in the garage because it was leaking cold air, I want the house cool, not the garage. As a homeowner and ret. tradesman that ran a crew, Daniel is an asset to General Air. He has a great attitude and appears to be a great AC Tech.. I want him back for future visits. D. Fountain more
