Consistent great service 1/29/2014

Since 2011, I've received nothing but consistent great service; from reception to service employees. Was able to get an appointment last week for expired vehicle inspection the same day I called. The service department was busy, but I was in and out in approximately 1 hour. thanks, Tommy. more

Bad dealings 1/13/2014

I have a lease vehicle so this may not be the same for a buy. I pay extra each month for the car wash that doesn't even work. It was supposed to be included. Internet sales did nothing but lie to catch the sale. I was never offered a loaner, ride, or rental when my car was towed did to flat tire on my way to work. The car itself has given me no problems. I just do not recommend this dealership. more

gentleman that first check you and I guess the service Advisors, were polite. that car came back just as promised,they even offer car wash when you're done. I have an issue with the cashiers, if you don't care where I can find my car, why are they sitting there taking my money??? more

Great place to go, I been upside down for 2 years before I entered, right away Brian said no your getting a deal. I said omg I was waiting for a no or an excuse to leave, but he cameback with his hand out like didnt I tell you brother. From that point on I ccouldn't believe my 5.99% interest rate , coming from 24.99% this is a huge decrease in interest, I will only pay like $3,500 in interest as to double my loan...Thanks alot Gaweway Hyundai...o and I Love my Sonata 2013 model more

Awesome Place to Buy and Have Service Completed on your Vehicle 10/25/2013

My husband and I both got new cars from Gateway Hyundai a couple of months ago. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see what the service was like after purchasing. I can honestly say I have not been disappointed. Carl worked with my husband and I to truly give us the best possible deal. He is still consistently kind and courteous to us whenever we contact him and gets back to us within 1-2 hours of when we call if we need his help with anything (this remained true even after our purchases were complete). I have taken both cars in for service now and everyone is consistently respectful of my time, respectful of me, polite, and courteous. I got a screw in my tire just a couple of months after the purchase and brought it in because we couldn't find the screw at home. Gateway Hyundai found the problem, repaired it free of charge since we have the extended warranty, and I received a thorough explanation of what repairs were done. I highly recommend Gateway Hyundai and Hyundai in general to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle and have excellent service provided after purchasing. more

Gateway staff are all courteous. The dealership is spotless - I'm not, sure but I bet the service bays are as clean as they could be for service bays. Prices are competitive for service and for purchasing a car. They have Saturday service hours, too. Coffee, water, soft drinks and nabs are available while you wait for your oil change. more
