My husband and I both got new cars from Gateway Hyundai a couple of months ago. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see what the service was like after purchasing. I can honestly say I have not been disappointed. Carl worked with my husband and I to truly give us the best possible deal. He is still consistently kind and courteous to us whenever we contact him and gets back to us within 1-2 hours of when we call if we need his help with anything (this remained true even after our purchases were complete). I have taken both cars in for service now and everyone is consistently respectful of my time, respectful of me, polite, and courteous. I got a screw in my tire just a couple of months after the purchase and brought it in because we couldn't find the screw at home. Gateway Hyundai found the problem, repaired it free of charge since we have the extended warranty, and I received a thorough explanation of what repairs were done. I highly recommend Gateway Hyundai and Hyundai in general to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle and have excellent service provided after purchasing.
