Gateway staff are all courteous. The dealership is spotless - I'm not, sure but I bet the service bays are as clean as they could be for service bays. Prices are competitive for service and for purchasing a car. They have Saturday service hours, too. Coffee, water, soft drinks and nabs are available while you wait for your oil change.
