I only met Mr. Rodriguez briefly, although his firm took over a thousand dollars to represent me in a small work injury case. The person who I talked to initially, Priscilla, was very knowledgeable, but as soon as I agreed to have their firm represent me, Ben Craddock was on the case. Initially Ben Craddock told me everything was going okay, so there was no need to do anything, after about four months Ben told me I didn't have a case. Ben Craddock told me he couldn't get a hearing for me and didn't know what it would take to get one. When I questioned him about what Priscilla had said, he said she didn't know what she was talking about. \r

Most of this lawyer's practice is work injuries, so I didn't believe for a second that Ben Craddock did not know what it took to get a hearing. Sure enough, Ben Craddock knew some people at Texas Workers Compensation Commission and I got a hearing. Priscilla and the lawyer were late to my hearing, but I was relieved to see Priscilla. I don't know where Mr. Rodriguez was, but he wasn't representing me in court, and the lawyer he sent didn't know anything about my case. \r

I recovered what I was seeking. Travis County sent three people, led by Dave McCoy and Bill Patterson to present their side, but they didn't even know what the injury was. All they seemed to be able to say was ""we won't go along with that"". The judge was fair and Priscilla did a good job for me. \r

If Priscilla had handled my case, I would have been completely satisfied. Gary Rodriguez and Ben Craddock were worse than useless. Don't use this firm.
