it was so nice working with these Garage Door Repair. They were prompt and worked efficiently. They were also very nice and got the job done on time. They were able to get me the door I wanted and for the price I was willing to pay. Unlike other companies they were polite and affordable, and they worked very professionally. If it is one company I would recommend to hire it would be them. They truly are the best garage door maintenance and replacement company in all of this city. more

Made a change to the door 6/26/2013

Even though they were the cheapest I could find doesn’t mean you have to suffer quality. My newly fixed garage door is still working very well after weeks!!! And they were very professional. more

Fast and efficient 6/7/2013

My mothers door was starting to come off the track. She's had the door for years, and I am so surprised that It lasted this long. So I did her a favor, and just had the door replaced. She is elderly, and I try to make her life easy on her, so she won't have much to stress her out. I just wanted to stop by and say what a great company you guys are. The technician was very nice, and polite. He did his work, and didn't bother us at all. I really appreciate the trust worthy business. more

Great company 6/5/2013

My garage door broke the day we left on vacation so I used the web to help find someone to repair it when we got back. All 5 stars so it was a no-brainer. Called from the vacation spot and made an appointment for the day after we returned. Techwas there on time and took care of the problem; and the final cost turned out to be less than his estimate. Very highly recommended! more

I am beyond happy for the guys who came out to my place to fix my sensors. I thought it was going to be an ridiculous price to get this fixed, but the guy reassured me, and got it done for me, for way less than what I was thinking. Great job. needed to get these fixed asap. I got tired of pulling up my door every day. more

I am so pleased with my new belt drive opener 3/11/2013

I called them saturday, and They had a technician come out to my house first thing sunday morning, and he was able to install my belt drive opener, that I've had for a few weeks now, and just now able to get it installed. It works great, and i am so happy that it's much quieter than my chain opener i just got rid of. Thanks a bunch. more

The garage, for me it is a getaway from stress, a workshop, a storage area, a place for equipment and tools, etc. I looked for a garage door service company that can come by the same day just to take a look at the garage. Not only they came by to take a look they tune up the tracks and the garage door cable, now my garage is opening smooth no extra noise. Our door is in perfect condition, if you need a great garage fix up, this company is great! more

Friendly and Proffesional 8/8/2012

When my tenant called me to inform me of a broken garage door, I did not thing too long and chose Garage Repair Charlotte NC to fix the broken cable. The technician arrived on time and was amazingly friendly, efficient and thorough. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also tried to even out the garage door to make it perfect. It is not very often that one finds such fabulous customer service and has such a warm, friendly and hard working staff! We will definitely recommend Garage Repair Charlotte NC to our friends!! I couldnt believe I found a company with such a great low price. They were also very professional ad didnt over charge me at all. They were budget friendly and very good at what they do.
