I called them saturday, and They had a technician come out to my house first thing sunday morning, and he was able to install my belt drive opener, that I've had for a few weeks now, and just now able to get it installed. It works great, and i am so happy that it's much quieter than my chain opener i just got rid of. Thanks a bunch.
