FIRST OF ALL LET ME SAY THAT IN NO WAY DID I THINK I WAS GONNA WALK OUT WITH A BRAND NEW CAR AFTER THE LONG DAY MY BF AND ME HAD SEARCHING.. IT WAS MY BF IDEA TO LOOK AND SEE IF I FOUND SOMETHING I LIKED THAT FIT MY BUDGET. AFTER LOOKING FOR A CAR SINCE 2PM AT DIFFERENT DEALERS I CAME TO GALPIN WITH A REFERRAL OF A CLOSE FAMILY FRIEND, THE BEGINNING DIDN'T START OFF GREAT AT ALL, THE FIRST SALES REP THAT ASSISTED US HERE PRETTY MUCH AFTER SHOWING US 1 CAR TOOK US INSIDE AND LEFT US WITH THE IMPRESSION SHE WAS GOING TO SEE IF WHAT I WANTED WAS AVAILABLE, WHICH WASN'T THE CASE. AFTER WAITING FOR A WHILE SHE CAME BACK AND LET US KNOW SHE HAD TO GO AND BROUGHT ANOTHER SALES WITHOUT EVEN LETTING HIM KNOW THAT SHE HADN'T TOLD US SHE WAS LEAVING. THE NEW SALES REP WAS ERIK MARTON. HE HAD A GREAT PERSONALITY AND WORK ETHIC, AND MADE SURE WE KNEW WE HAD HIS FULL ATTENTION. HE DEFINITELY MADE UP FOR THE LAST SALES REP THAT LEFT US PRETTY UPSET, HE TURNED A LONG DAY OF CAR SHOPPING INTO A GREAT MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE FOR ME, HE FOUND ME THE EXACT CAR I WANTED AND MADE SURE I KNEW EVERY DETAIL INSIDE THE CAR AND OUT AND WAS VERY PATIENT WITH US WHEN WE ASKED HIM TONS OF QUESTIONS. SINCE IT WAS A FRIDAY NIGHT SO IT WAS REALLY BUSY.. HE MADE SURE WE WERE COMFORTABLE AND STAYED WITH US THE WHOLE TIME AND EVEN BROUGHT US DRINKS AND FOOD WHILE WE WAITED FOR THE FINAL PAPERWORK TO BE PROCESSED. WE LEFT CLOSE TO 11-11:30 PM AND BEFORE WE LEFT HE WENT OVER ALL OF MY CARS NEW FEATURES AGAIN. I'M SO HAPPY AND THANKFUL HE WAS THE ONE THAT HELPED US THAT NIGHT. IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER SALES REP WITH A BAD ATTITUDE WE WOULD HAVE CALLED IT NIGHT AND WENT HOME. The beginning was not that good. My girlfriend and I showed up from another dealership expecting to be referred and given a great sales rep, but that was not the case. She wasn't very helpful. She ended up telling us that she needed to go and just dropped another sales rep on us. The new salesman name was Erik Marton. Great personality and good work ethic. Excellent business man and professional. He diffused a bad experience into a great and memorable one for my girlfriend and I. It was a Friday night which means its really busy. He stayed with us till the end. We left at 11:30 pm and he still took time to answer all of our questions. Great company and I HIGHLY recommend Erik Marton at the Galpin Honda in San Fernando. more

I just recently had a wonderful experience at Galphin Honda of San Fernando, Ca. I traded in my Black 2011 Honda CRV for a white 2014 Civic Coupe EX and I completely love it! The Salesmen who helped me were absolutely great and very friendly. Andreh Esmaeili, the Sales Consultant I originally spoke with when I called for the first time to find out if they had the car I wanted, and also Yusef Fuad helped me a great deal as well. Both were very helpful and pleasant and I definitely recommend them as wonderful Salesmen to get in contact with if anyone is looking for friendly and honest help there! They both made me and my fiance feel extremely comfortable and made our decision very easy and relaxing and worked hard to get the best deal for me... and they both followed up with me to make sure I was completely happy with everything the very next day. When Andreh told me he was sitting in the car I'd been looking for, I drove down there and drove off with my new car on the same day happily. It is a great location and a beautiful dealership and we will definitely be going back in the near future! more

We recently purchased a Honda Fit from Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. Before I give my review, I want to say that on a scale of 1 to 10, the experience was a 12!! Where do I start. My husband and I needed to purchase a car after our 23 year old truck died. My husband said we should go to Galpin Honda first to check out the cars, because of the good reputation of the dealership. He was so right. We walked in and immediately we were approached by Martin Teymouri. We told him what we were looking for. He gave us a place to sit down while he brought out one of their cars. We fell in love with it. Martin went over the basic functions of the car. We did the test drive and everything from then on was extremely positive. Martin walked us through the entire process. We sat down with him and he went over the purchase step by step . \r \r What we loved most about Martin was how very professional he was and he explained everything including answering all our questions. If we didn't understand something, he would go over it again. Martin does not fall into the old fashioned style of selling. He is very low key and at the same time he's doing his job to sell you a car without the high pressure salesmanship. Martin should teach classes on how to approach and deal with people. He enjoys what he does and it reflects on how he conducts himself. He makes you feel like you are a valued customer and not just another commission on his resume. \r \r We were given check-off lists of what was done before we even got the car, to make sure that the outside and inside of the car was inspected and cleaned. Before we drove off, Martin again went over the basics before we drove off the lot. We had a couple of questions in the first few days, so we called Martin and he returned our calls to answer our questions. He even called us a week later to see how we like the car. As a first time buyer, the thought of walking into a dealership terrified me Pushy sales people, long hours of negotiation and mindless conversation I would have to endure, was not something I was looking forward to. Sadly, my faithful 00 Camry had served its time and it was time for a change. I knew I wanted a vehicle that was sporty and dependable and decided to go with a Honda. I yelped honda and Galpin Honda came up. I decided to go there and from the moment I walked in it was an awesome experience. I was offered coffee which I loved! My sales man was Gilbert Jordan.Awesome guy no pressure and down to business. Asked me lots of relevant questions to determine what would work best for me and for my needs. We narrowed it down to the Honda Civic which was something I could easily see myself in. We went on some test drives outweighed pros and cons of each vehicle and before I knew I fell in love! Decided to go with a beautiful 2014 charcoal grey Honda civic 2 doors! Nicely equipped and priced where I needed it to be. When it came time to the negotiate I told him what I could do and he found my match! It was so easy and there was NO PRESSURE I honestly felt calm. Nothing like the horror stories I had heard. There is a waiting process, but you know the saying ""nothing good comes easy or fast."" The time there was well spent and I was at ease the whole time. Gilbert was wonderful and debunked my expectation which was a great thing! I'm a proud owner of 2014 Honda Odyssey EX-L thanks to Josh Lubeck and Galpin Honda. Planning for a fight to get the best deal, I was armed with the best quotes all across southern California. First off, one of the better quotes did come from Josh, but I had one better. :wink! :wink! He took one look at it, digest it, calculating the math on how their competitors can do this deal, check with his manager, and comes back a few minutes later saying they can do this deal. No fight... I'm like in shock. This dealership is hands-down, the most stress-free environment I ever been to. From Josh down through accessory sales and finance, they never push to you purchase anything extra. Josh even suggested to remove a dealer add-on accessory from the price if I didn't need it. If anyone is in need of a automobile, I highly recommend asking for Josh Lubeck and his team. No joke. I thought my first time purchasing a car would have been stressful, so I asked my twin brother for help, and he referred me over to this dealership, and told me to ask for Javier Navarro specifically. My brother had told me that Javier had helped him with his purchase, not only for one, but two and that he was very helpful and sincere. From my own experience, Javier made it so easy for me. He asked me questions to get to know me and he actually helped me pick out the right car for me, you can tell he wasn't trying to sell me just any car to make the profit.
