I got a brand new honda civic 2013.... and i got the best deal that human ever make.... why...!!! i went to alot of dealer too lower my price of car payment but from every dealer that i went,they can only save my payment about $20 to $34 and i still cannot afford it,couse i just lost my job last week, and we went to galpin honda (the last hope of me to lower my payment) its almost 8 oclock in evening, we definetly dont have much hope anymore...... and one guy come to us with smile hes name is YUSUF FUAD (he's awesome) and i introduce myself and right away he say ''would u like to have some tea or coffe inside to warm u it's pretty cold outside'' my mine was WOW its the best hospitality EVER..... we go inside grab the drink and start talking about what car that im looking for..... blablablabla....... cut the end i got my car brand new honda civic 2013 plus he help me save $120 its alot for me....... sooo bottom line i will recommend galpin honda and YUSUF FUAD as the salesman good service and hospitality they really make u fill like family and ur own home. more

I was looking for a 2013 Honda Accord for my moms upcoming birthday and to surprise her with the car purchase. Erik greeted me and walked with through the whole process, without any pressure, and he provided exceptional service and help. He was very knowledgeable about the Accord, new every detail in and out, and was able to answer any and all questions I threw at him.\r \r He arranged to a big red bow to go on the car as we were surprising my mom on her birthday with the car!\r \r I would highly recommend anyone walking into Galpin Honda to go to the front desk and ask for Erik Alexander Marton to help with your new car purchase. Don't waste your time with anyone else, go straight to Erik! Highly recommended! more

I just bought a new Fit from Galpin Honda and highly recommend this dealership. Galpin was out of our area but had the exact car that I wanted, no one locally had a manual model in stock. I actually thought we might have to wait for the 2014 model year inventory to be able to buy the right car and was prepared not to purchase at Galpin if the vibe wasn't right but Javier handled our sale and made the entire visit worth the trip. \r \r We did have to wait a bit for our car since it was stored in a different lot but I'd read an online review from someone who had that happen so I already knew they keep some vehicles off-site. The gentleman who delivered the car and went over the features was named Glen. This was the first time I've ever had that kind of service and it was pretty cool to have someone do that right before I left the lot with my new car - which I love! more

happy to say that we bought our 2010 honda civic at galpin honda from our salesman gilberto jordan, i was car shopping for weeks for my son car till we went to galpin and saw there inventory they had a lot of used hondas to choose from. my son loves hes car i would be recommending customers to gilbert thank you guys more

After having a horrible experience in trying to purchase a hybrid from another dealer we were referred to Galpin Honda. As soon as we walked in the doors we could see the huge difference in Customer Service!!! It was such a great experience. We purchased the Honda Insight and received a great deal. They answered all of our questions during our test drive. Showed us all the features and even provided us with coffe and lunch as we waited for finance to complete our paperwork. Tabitha Pennington was our sales person and she was such a sweet heart and was excellent in Customer Service. Steve was our finance person and he was very great too!!! It was just such a huge difference and overall great experience. I must admit I thought dealerships were not into helping the buyer but Galpin Honda showed me the opposite. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone out there looking for a great car at a great value and looking for Excellent Customer Service. Thank you Thank you Thank you I LOVE MY 2013 HONDA INSIGHT!!! more

Well for starters...I needed a new car. I remembered that my uncle had gotten a car from Galpin Honda...needed be more specific from one of the employees...named Erik Marton @ Internet Sales...\r So then I decided to go there as well, since I was looking for a new car.\r I walked out of there very happy!With a Honda Accord)!!! I had went to a few dealerships to shop around for a new car as my previous car was having engine problems..\r I wish i had gone here to Galpin Honda before wasting my time at the other dealerships. \r Geo Janolo is the Salesman i worked with and who helped me in every aspect of my big investment. He was very helpful, knowledgable and had a great personality. I automatically bonded with him and realized I had bought his service even before buying the car I came in for which is a rare occasion when buying cars. He did not pressure me nor did he guided me towards another vehicle i did not want (which is what other dealerships did to me). I am very happy with my purchase and when it comes time to buy a new car.. I know where I am going and who I will call. GALPIN HONDA and GEO JANOLO are the place and person I am going to go to and refer to my friends and family!!!! more

I went in on the 4th of July to look for a new car. My sales rep, Chris Sandoval, had already done all of the leg work for me. He found a new 2013 Accord with all of the features and specifics I was looking for. He had the quote and everything all lined up so all I had to do was take it for a spin and sign a few papers. There were no surprises, his word was his word and I was out within an hour. This was by far the best car buying experience of my life and I would never go to anyone besides Chris ever again. The whole Galpin Honda team did an amazing job from start to finish, got me a great price, I earned money on my trade-in (when does that ever happen?!) and lowered my monthly payments with little out of pocket. Thank you Chris Sandoval and the Galpin team for an awesome experience and my amazing new ride! more
