I don't even know where to begin everything was just beyond perfect from the moment I walked in those doors. Alexander Tumasov was so helpful and made you feel like family. I walked in there hoping to purchase a certified used car but came home with a new 2014 honda civic!!!! Thank you for all your help and i will defiantly will be recommending family and friends to him. So if you want amazing customer service and need someone who knows what they are doing ask for Alexander Tumasov you won't regret it more

I was in Great need of a new car Erik helped me find what i wanted from the color to the style! I’m taking this time to share a great experience that I had with my previous Auto purchase. It was time to get me a new car, but I was looking for a car that saves me gas money also a car that I will enjoy. I came to Galpin Honda. The people at Galpin Honda are AMAZINGLY nice. Customer service is definitely #1. Our salesman, Martin Teymouri was sooooooooo helpful. We weren't able to get what we wanted at first, but he kept working with us and his management and it happened. He was great along with Andy (in Finance) and Stefen the last stage of leasing our car. Went to Galpin Honda yesterday and drove off in a beautiful 2013 Honda Fit, thanks to Joe Mitchell. This is my first time purchasing a car and Joe helped me make this a great and positive experience. He worked with me and listened to my concernes and needs and delivered, giving me the best deals he could offer. I defenetly drove off as a happy Honda owner. I am definitly recommending Joe Mitchell to everyone I know. He is AMAZING along with the rest of the Galpin Honda staff. Another great experience at Galpin Honda thanks to Erik Marton! I went with my cousin to purchase a Honda Pilot for her and I m so happy we chose to go to Galpin. Eric greeted us took care of us from beginning until the end. She is SO happy with her car. She had been looking into the Honda Pilot for some time and she is so happy with her car s size, gas, and mileage compared to her other SUV (I ll refrain from saying the name of her prior SUV) I would recommend Erik Marton for everyone who is car hunting in the future! I went here to see about purchasing or leasing a Honda Fit. I'd already gotten the feeling from other dealerships I'd visited that I was not the ""most desirable"" candidate (because they told me that verbatim) and had prepared myself for another snide rejection or an insane list of things I'd have to do to qualify before anyone on the lot would release even a donkey driven cart into my possession. \r \r Then I had the good fortune to meet with TABITHA PENNINGTON, my sales person at Galpin Honda. She took the time to go over all my information and options and really fought for me. She was professional, understanding and sharp. \r \r Long story short, I drove my new 2013 Honda Fit off the lot that evening. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Tabitha makes it personal and she gets it done. It is worth the drive to go and see her if you're in the market for a Honda. I cannot say enough good things about her & I am so grateful for how hard she worked to get me a car. more

Michael was the the friendliest and most helpful salesman I have ever had. He ensured I was knowledgeable about all of the different cars available in my price range as well as took time to find out what I personally look for in a car. On top of the wonderful service, I believe he got me the best deal possible. I drove away from the dealership feeling like a million bucks without spending a million. I recently bought my first new car at this dealership and had a great experience. I walked into the dealership terrified that I would make a horrible mistake that I'd have to live with for the next 5-6 years, but with the help of Josh Lubeck, my mind was set at ease. He found me a great deal, and thanks to him I was able to happily purchase my first new car with confidence. I just wanted to say that I had a great experience at this dealership. I'm a 1st time buyer and honestly I thought this process was going to be long and boring but, to my surprise, it was fast &exciting. Josh Lubeck made sure i left with the car i wanted for the best and lowest price for my budget.
