After having a horrible experience in trying to purchase a hybrid from another dealer we were referred to Galpin Honda. As soon as we walked in the doors we could see the huge difference in Customer Service!!! It was such a great experience. We purchased the Honda Insight and received a great deal. They answered all of our questions during our test drive. Showed us all the features and even provided us with coffe and lunch as we waited for finance to complete our paperwork. Tabitha Pennington was our sales person and she was such a sweet heart and was excellent in Customer Service. Steve was our finance person and he was very great too!!! It was just such a huge difference and overall great experience. I must admit I thought dealerships were not into helping the buyer but Galpin Honda showed me the opposite. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone out there looking for a great car at a great value and looking for Excellent Customer Service.
