Non existent customer service 8/15/2019

Two months ago a technician came and tried to fix my air conditioning unit. It was time for a new unit. After waiting a week a technician came out and I specifically said I wanted a white unit to match the other one in the room. I was told they were all white these days. When they finally, after phone calls to find out when they were going to replace the unit, they showed up with a beige unit. Since then, after more unreturned phone calls and empty promises to get a replacement, still no white air conditioning unit and I doubt I am ever going to see it. I would skip this company if you want any type of customer service, more

Jake did an excellent job replacing the valve on the water shut-off. He worked efficiently,wasting no time while finishing the job. He was also very cordial and seems people-oriented. Your firm should value him. more

G.F. Bowman has treated my account with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The technician (Nick B.) that showed up today was very pleasant, polite and professional. He offered advice to keep my A/C unit running efficiently throughout the cooling season. I will continue to look to G.F. Bowman for service in the future. more

installation 4/13/2019

excellent work, new what they were doing, went much much better and faster then I though. Will absolutely use G. F Bowman again. Very professional and clean, I can not say enough praise about Jeff S and his helper. System works great! Explained everything before they left. It was very refreshing to see real professional people work. more

Brad N was great. He was incredibly professional and very helpful. He solved our poor flowing faucet in minutes and offered to check the rest of the house for us. He offered suggestions to my questions and went above and beyond. We love GF Bowman for their professionals. We have never had a negative experience yet. more

Very Satisfied With This Service 1/2/2019

I had to contact G.F. Bowman to have warranty work corrected. Brad was very pleasant and corrected the issue quickly and thoroughly. He completely replaced the part causing the issue and the pieces above and below it to make sure the issue was resolved. With an assurance that all work is still warranted he made sure I didn't have any further questions and was on his way. I will call G.F. Bowman with my next plumbing service needs. more

Brad Norris 12/1/2018

Brad arrived at my home promptly at 7:30 a.m. to install a new shut-off valve on my commode. He was courteous, friendly and professional. I rely on Bowman, Inc. for all my plumbing, furnace and air conditioning needs. I have always found their employees to be very respectful. Brad also checked two other commodes in my home and made recommendations. I will contact Bowman's in the near future for these issues to be resolved. I would like to request that Brad do this work since he is familiar with the individual problems. Bowman, Inc. can be proud of such a fine employee as Brad Norris to represent their company. Many thanks to Brad for totally fixing my problem. I look forward to seeing him again in the near future to take care of the remaining issues. Many thanks to the entire Bowman Team ... I highly recommend Bowman, Inc. to anyone looking for plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. more
