Two months ago a technician came and tried to fix my air conditioning unit. It was time for a new unit. After waiting a week a technician came out and I specifically said I wanted a white unit to match the other one in the room. I was told they were all white these days. When they finally, after phone calls to find out when they were going to replace the unit, they showed up with a beige unit. Since then, after more unreturned phone calls and empty promises to get a replacement, still no white air conditioning unit and I doubt I am ever going to see it. I would skip this company if you want any type of customer service,
