I went to Friendly's for my birthday because Im in the Friendly's birthday club. i supposed to get free sunday. I asked the waitress before i ordered food she said yes i will get free dessert. after our meals the waitress made us waited 30 mins no kiding! to order desserts. Finally she came by then she said I don't get free dessert for my birthday. they don't do it at Friendly's restaurant. then why do they have birthday club then. I even show her the print out form the site. that i get free dessert. so she took our dessert order and dissapear for another 30 mins. before we got our dessert. Anyway the service was terrible. we were in the restaurant for almost 3 hours. she never comes by at our table. we had to asks other waitress to order dessert and get our bills. Way to ruin my birthday. yeah right 100% satisfaction. I wasn't satisfy at all.
