Wow, I have used Fred Holland two years in a row and loved them. We rented a horrible condo that smelled of pet urine from another company and they helped us get into a really nice one for the same price. The next year we rented a great house from them. I will be using them again this year. more

My son and family rented this condo for the 23-27 Aug 2016. When we arrived it was after 4 PM because we never received the text we were told we would receive when condo was ready. When asked at office was told theymust have just finished and didn't have time. The first thing noticed was the kitchen was dirty the living area carpet and floor was covered with dog fur. Bathrooms were dirty, one toilet had not been cleaned in at least a month. Mildew and mold on shower curtain liner and black hair in tub. Stains on mattress pads. Furniture was old, well used and fingerprints and dirt on dressers. The living room fan had at least an inch of dust on the blades along with the sprinkler head. The next day, when we were going to call the office, my son got sick and had to go to VA emergency. They are from out of town. On Monday when office was called no answer. When did get an answer after texting the office, a female, LaJuan Kennedy texted back "why didn't you call over the weekend when the cleaners were there." I told her what happened, but there was no answer as I will come by and look or call the cleaners to come there. When my son checked out, another woman was complaining about their rental, to which the woman replied, I don't have time, fill out a comment card. "Do not rent from this company." The woman says to my son, hope to see you back next year, my son replied we will but not here. more

House rented the end of April 2016 for my best friends wedding. The home had so many things wrong....from floor trim laying loose, elevator not working, rusted out grills, rusted outdoor ceiling fans, moldy outdoor furniture, stained living room furniture, dust under and surrounding every piece of furniture, feces on toilet, vomit on bedroom comforter which matched a vomit stain on the carpet below, dust on ceiling fans, countless bugs on window sills and stairwell leading to under the house, moldy wet laundry in the washer, ripped screen doors, trash on upper decks overlooking the ocean. Believe it or not, all of these things were just in one house. A house rented by Fred Holland Realty in Folly Beach. I do not recommend using them, they do not keep up on general maintenance on their homes, let alone weekly cleaning. They did not even feel bad, they have done nothing to compensate or to rectify the situation in hopes of gaining a customer back. Strongly recommend against this company if you wish to have a clean and worry-free vacation! more

Bugs, unclean, not at all as pictured. Wont refund our money. Also, once the rental was arranged became kinda snotty. more

We rented a place that in no way looked like the internet pictures. It was not clean, doors were broken and the beds were also broken. We arrived late and our 2 small children had to sleep. We left early the next morning after the bugs carried our luggage to the car. We immediately went to the office and the people were rude and did not help. They said they would get back in touch and did not. They said they would refund our money and have not. They cannot be reached by phone. I had heard stories about this place but thought they were just rumors. Stay away. more

The oceanfront condo we rented was filthy and run down. I called the office and had the cleaning crew come back. They did nothing but turn on all the lights. I spent hours cleaning which took away from my enjoyment of my daughter's wedding. more

Fred holland Realty has terrible customer service, they are rude, and their properties are run down and nasty. We stayed at the Ocean Front Villas condo in Folly Beach this past week. I have stayed at this property 3 times past and used different realty companies, but tho year made the mistake of using Fred holland. Our condo was not clean, dirty linens, our oven didn't work (they replaced it the day before we left), words cannot discribe the filth. I wish I could upload the pictures I took I show anyone reading this. Take my word for it, use anyone but them. Trust me. more

Fred Holland realty has been great to deal with. While we are out of state they are seeing to our home. They offer great customer service while being reliable and honest. more

My wife and I came to Folly and wanted a place cozy and inexpensive....The ladies at Fred Holland made sure we could afford an ocean front condo and we even stayed an extra day! What a great company for anyone looking for great customer service. more

It was a great Condo with a beautiful view of the west and of the beach. The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was a great week. We'll be back next year for sure. more
