Install Bosch 11/19/2017

Jeff and his side kick went above and beyond the call of duty in installing my new Bosch Boiler system. It has been running now for three days without a hickup. My wife says THANKS for hot showers as well. I am looking forward to the future with the partner plan. Thank you! more

Annual Furnace Check 9/29/2017

Frasier's always does an excellent job doing our annual furnace check-up. We purchased our furnace from them nine years ago and want the furnace to work at it's top performance. Gene explained how to make sure the equipment is working properly. Thank you for your technical support. more

Annual Maintenance 7/26/2017

Jeff did an efficient job, explained all findings and repaired several defects. He was personable, professional and knew his field. he cleaned up after completing his call and again reviewed all findings. He was able to explain all problems so that I could understand them and resolved each issue with ease. Extremely competent and personable. more

Gene is professional 6/17/2017

Our air conditioner was not working. Gene from Frasier's came out and did a through check and for a number of items that needed to be corrected. He is patient and professional in his explanation to someone who knows nothing about air conditioners, and presented options for how to fix the problems. He was considerate of our home and consciousously wore booties and used the garage entrance. more

Extremely displeased 6/1/2017

Bad business. They overlooked shutting our cottage down for the winter, resulting in burst pipes and flooding. They blamed me and said I never called them to shut the cottage down. Fortunately I had phone records to refute their accusation. This year when they opened our cottage they left a broken sink handle on the sink and I had to call to get them to fix it. Again, it was suggested that "someone else" might have broken it. Now that I've fired them they have overcharged me but they refuse to give a refund, claiming the undercharged me LAST YEAR. These people are bad to do business with. Very unreliable and they refuse to take accountability for their actions. more

Jeffrey installed a new furnace and water heater with friendliness and efficiency. Very conscientious about putting down a tarp over all carpeting and covering his shoes. Gave us a good walk through of how to use the new appliances. more

Jeff did a annual inspection of my heating system. He was on time, introduced himself in a friendly manner and took care to not track in anything on his feet. His appearance was professional and he seemed very knowledgeable about the type of system I have. I was very satisfied with Jeff. more
