We have a toilet that needs a new wax seal. We have used Frasier in the past and were happy with the service. Josh said the bill would be over $500.We can buy a new toilet for less than that. I felt that we were being taken to the cleaners. We have a service contract with Frasier for our two heating units, I guess that doesn't mean anything.
