I was very excited to find that this store was located in Houston after browsing the online selection. I went to the store and purchased and outfit for me and my wife. That night my wife tried the outfit on and it was too big, so I went back to the store the next day and tried to return her costume. They said they do not return items purchased in the store, but do take online returns. At no time during the checkout did the lady tell me there were no in-store returns, and that my wife shoud be here to try it on before you purchase it. I had the exact same issue someone who buys a costume on line would have, but I was punished for buying it in the store. She said she would exchange it, but since my wife is not there to try on the new cosutme I would be in the same situation. I even asked for store credit, but was denied. What a terrible double standard of a return policy. My total purchase was for $167.73, and all I was trying to return was $60.00 not even the entire purchase. I will never shop here again and neither will my family or anyone I know. I have lived in Houston my entire life, except through college, and this is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I hope the owners will learn from this review, but it doesn' t look promising considering the other reveiws posted here.
