Fowler has been great to me since I relocated to Boulder from Dallas, Texas. They helped me even as I was driving up, with schedule changes for walk throughs. They had everything ready to go when I got there and I fell in love with one of the properties they manage. Love living here, it’s so serene. more

DO NOT rent from Fowler Property Management. They will rape you for your security deposit. I left my apartment in move in ready condition when I moved out and they took HALF of my security deposit - citing carpet cleaning, overall cleaning, labor hours. I have never been deducted so much money from any of my security deposits in the 15 years that I have been renting apartments. They are such scammers and are just looking to profit from their tenants and screw them over in the end. \r \r You have been warned..... more

We've tried many firms and bottom line, to properly run an association you need a property management company that knows what they're doing. You also need service from them and a dedicated property manager. Ours is Fowler and they go above and beyond to take care of whatever problem we have faced. What I also like about Fowler is that they also work with a team of reliable sub-contractors that make living easy. They have all of the appropriate systems in place so that the accounting runs smoothly...I highly recommend them more

We were tenants for two years in a home in Boulder serviced by Fowler Property Management. Our PM was always great to work with, always responding to our needs if anything arose. He promptly helped with any service issues we encountered. The handyman they use is also really knowledgeable and very easy going about scheduling to our needs. Renting isn’t always easy when you’ve come across some less than desirable property management companies. But Fowler is very responsive and always is on top of the ball. Anyone with a pet KNOWS how hard it is to find ANYWHERE that will rent to you. Especially if your dog isn’t a tiny, small, purse dog that yaps all the time. I happen to have a medium sized dog (40 lbs) and even though he’s well behaved, finding somewhere to live with him is next to impossible. Thank goodness Fowler tapped into this underutilized demographic and accepts pets. It’s a shame more property management companies don’t approach this issue like Fowler. They make sure you understand the terms and conditions of having a pet in their property and the conditions are not unreasonable. After all, they want to make sure their property is well kept. Thanks Fowler for giving me and Hunter a place to call home. more

Though I wish they had electronic payment option for rent, overall Fowler was really good to me as a student tenant. Anytime I had an issue, it was resolved fast and I don't really have any complaints about them, they were great. more
