I have an aversion to car salespeople, but the Fowler family is a supporter of the arts in my hometown of Norman, so my wife and I gave them our business. That was a MISTAKE. ...

I appreciate the fact that they don't put pressure on my wife to make suggested repairs when she brings the vehicle in. We like having the inspection, but don't like having dealerships that make her feel like she has to make repairs that are I don't feel needed.On her last vehicle, she felt she was pressured into having the fuel injectors cleaned when she was in for an oil change and the car was running great and getting excellent fuel mileage. Very good job this time as always. more

Always takes care of us 5/26/2011

We purchased a Honda Accord yesterday from your dealership. This is our third Honda in 10 years. We own a 2001 and 2006 Odyssey. We drove many cars in our search for a car this time, but one thing sold us on purchasing another Honda, Mike Mullins in the service department. He has been servicing our car now for several years and as John says "always takes care of us." I just wanted you to know that having a great product is only part of the equation to your success, for us, specifically Mike (and the service team) were the deciding factor. more

I was most impressed with Mike in the service dept. I took my old vehicle in for service and he took a personal interest and made sure that I got the correct information and I trusted him to work on my vehicle. I would go back and purchase again. more
