EXCELLENT 4/20/2011

EVERY TIME WE HAVE GONE THERE, THEY HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT. THEY ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE SURE THEY DO EVERYTHING WE WANT THEM TO DO. I HAVE GONE TO HONDA DEALERSHIPS IN THE PAST, AND THEY WERE NOT AS GOOD AS FOWLER. WHEN I GOT IN MY ACCIDENT ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND WRECKED MY CR-V, I WENT THERE FOR ANOTHER CR-V. THEY HELPED US GET INTO ANOTHER ONE AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WITH THE PAPERWORK FOR THE ACCIDENT. more

enjoying the vehicle immensely 4/15/2011

I purchased a Honda CR-V in mid March from Fowler Motors. I am totally delighted with the purchase and am enjoying the vehicle immensely. Actually, this is the second vehicle I have purchased from Fowler within the past three years. One of the reasons I keep coming back to Fowler is the respectful, honest and knowledgeable salespeople. In my case, the salesperson was Dan Smith. All I can say is "What a Guy"! As background, I believe I did my homework before I visited Fowler Honda by visiting Honda.com, fowlerhonda.com, edmunds.com, their competitors and Toyota dealers and websites. Dan didn't try to belittle the competition but rather convinced me with facts and examples that the Honda CR-V was the right vehicle for me at the right price. more

THEY WERE HELPFUL. THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL CAR, SO THAT WAS REALLY CONVENIENT. HE GAVE ME A DISCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF WORK. I LOVE THAT THE MECHANICS HAVE BEEN THERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME. IT MAKES ME FEEL MORE CONFIDENT ABOUT GOING THERE. more

Dan is a true professional 4/1/2011

We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from Dan Smith and could not have been treated better. Dan absolutely went out of his way to do everything to make this go as smoothly as possible. He was the first salesman I ran into when I showed up and he was polite and easy to visit with. I test drove a vehicle and a few nights later I got my wife to come and take a look. After we finally decided on our color choice, the one on your lot had been sold. Dan worked hard to locate another matching vehicle in Tulsa and then graciously agreed to go and bring it home for us. I believe Dan's faith gives him the patience of Job, which was needed to get out deal done. We took delivery of the vehicle the next day and it was in perfect condition. Truthfully, I don't recall meeting any Sales Managers or anyone else that helped finalize the deal, other than a stop in financing. I relied on Dan for just about everything and he took care of us the whole way! We had never met Dan prior to arriving at Fowler Honda, but feel as though we were treated like family. Dan is a true professional and asset to the business! more

excellent service 3/30/2011

I wanted to take the time to express how pleased I have been with the service at Fowler Honda. My daughter attends O.U. and as a parent I want to make sure that her car is in good running condition, which gives me peace of mind. I called Mike Mullins a few years ago and introduced myself over the phone. I expressed the importance of relying on his honest judgement in assessing repairs and the importance of quality work when it came to taking care of my daughters vehicle. He has done an exemplary 1st class job of customer service! He is mostly always available when I call, if not he gets back in a timely fashion, he listens with genuine concern for the customer needs and I feel he has always been fair and honest. Mike Mullins is an asset to the organization and I appreciate all that he has done to help us out and the excellent service we have received. more
