We purchased a Honda Accord yesterday from your dealership. This is our third Honda in 10 years. We own a 2001 and 2006 Odyssey. We drove many cars in our search for a car this time, but one thing sold us on purchasing another Honda, Mike Mullins in the service department. He has been servicing our car now for several years and as John says "always takes care of us." I just wanted you to know that having a great product is only part of the equation to your success, for us, specifically Mike (and the service team) were the deciding factor.
