Best bookstore in Richmond 8/21/2005

This is by far my favorite bookstore in Richmond! They always have the titles I’m looking for and will hold copies of quick sellers for regular customers. If you’re always on the prowl for a great new cookbook ask Anna for recommendations, she has never done me wrong! Well organized, clean, with a friendly, knowledgable staff. more

Much Better Than B&N or Borders 8/6/2005

I loved walking here when I worked in dowtown Richmond. The owner is super friendly and the book selection is phenomenal. You can get something for everyone here. The kids books in particular are refreshingly unique, as are the adult books. They carry a good mix of fiction and non-fiction, as well as cards and little odds & ends that you won't find anywhere else. The prices may be a little higher than you'd find in the Big Box stores, but the service and ambience can't be beat. more
