I hate to give a negative review also but based on the prices that this restaurant expects, I think that it is important that people know what they are getting.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is charming. Set in historic downtown Senoia in a restored building, the interior of Founders takes you back to another time. Smaller menu, mostly dinner choices, but high quality food. more

We found Founder's to be refreshingly different from typical Southern or Americana style food. This place is without a doubt THE BEST PLACE on the south side of Atlanta. Walking into the place you pick up on character of an old, renovated building in this cool little town. The appetizers are great and interesting-not just some fried onion blossom. The entrees are simple enough for the ""meat & potato"" people but interesting enough for someone wanting to try something different. I liked the wine selection (great bar) but was pleasantly surprised to see Aqua Panna in the water selection.\r \r Founder's my new go-to place. Fun drive, cool town and really great food. Not the standard fried southern ""charm"" but honest to goodness fun food that satisfies and is worthy of the prices. Definitely worth the trip. more

I love this place - it's big on atmosphere and they've got their own special and fantastic version of Fried Green Tomatoes. Yummy! I love the indoor brick and old-world ambiance.I've always found the service great - friendly and professional. Decent wine selection. more

Had my wife's surprise 50th there with 12 people, what a great time! The staff even allowed us to do some set up and took pictures of our group. Food was fantastic, and one of our guests is a CFO for a major company and he claimed the filet was the best he had ever had. Good time in a quaint atmosphere with a great staff. more

This is one of my favorite restaurants on the South side. The ambiance is fantastic, they serve their very own fabulous version of fried green tomatoes. I get them every time I am there. \r \r Decent wine selection. I've always had very good service - friendly and professional. more
