I called foothill clinic south and asked for appointment for a GP doctor. Gave me Whitbeck. After visiting him I know why he had openings. I asked for a physical; blood work, etc ...

Horrible. He didn't take the time to listen, explain or give me the time of day. either time I was there. I went in with a chronic ear ache, he spent less than 5 min with me and prescribed a local antibiotic. 5 days in my ear was inflamed and worse. I went back and he gave me a different antibiotic and told me to see a specialist if it didn't work. He was short, rude and when I asked what could be wrong he said he didn't know. I stated i felt like the visit had been a waste of time and money and he told me "" thats why we call it practicing medicine"" really?!?!!!!! There is no reason he should be dealing with patients. so dissapointed more

Worst Doctor I have every visited 10/18/2011

I called foothill clinic south and asked for appointment for a GP doctor. Gave me Whitbeck. After visiting him I know why he had openings. I asked for a physical; blood work, etc as a requirement as I had decided to have lap band surgery by a very reputable surgeon in Sandy. (I had researched for years and made an informed, intelligent decision) His response, ""I don't believe in that"" Huh? Could not help me with high cholesterol either. What a waste and an arrogant, disrespectful man. When I asked what program he had for patients to loose weight, he didn't have one. Stay away more
