I was stricken in panic and fear 5/12/2012

One morning terror overcame my body. I was stricken in panic and fear. Near immobilization I tell ya! My life had came crashing down. My Treo was not working. It's my life! I use it not only for personal but it is my business life line. All my contact information is in there, schedules and everything else. I went to my ATT, , dealer and holding back tears, calmly told them of my calamity. They actually referred me here. Not to a store or anything, but to another business. Strange, but I made my way over to see if they could help. I guess I wasn't the only one who needed help, there were several people there. Friendly service, straight forward, no nonsense attitude. Took my phone. I did wait an hour while the service guy worked on mine, but I think it was also due to some people in front of me. They fixed it, I don't know how, nor did they know what was wrong with it, but for $15 and knowing where to go next time I have a cell phone problem I'll take it! more

Real Guys Real Job Done !!! 5/11/2012

I got my $45 refunded, and had them fix my glass screen on my backup phone. It was ready in 3 days since they didn't have the part in stock. I came back and they charged me $45 for the repair, [I think they cut me a deal since they knew how frustrated I was with my phone situation and Verizon] and I was a happy camper again.\r more

Fast Fast Fast !!! 5/11/2012

My iPhone 3Gs was shattered. I took it to FONES GONE WILD and they changed the glass in 40 minutes! I was even able to trade in my old phone for part of the repair cost. They saved me from having to buy a new phone and it works great! The staff was friendly, the location clean. more

Fones Gone Wild the gentleman 5/11/2012

I took my iphone 3gs here and they fixed the glass fast and made it look like new. The gentleman was very polite and even made sure they were the lowest price. I called other places and they charged almost $15-20 buck more. more

Don't Take Your Phone ANYWHERE else!! These guys are AMAZING. Not only are they hilarious but they also know what they're doing. I took an iPhone in to get unlocked and they did it for me, no problem. It took about thirty minutes and it was GREAT to have a working iPhone with Tmobile. more

I highly recommend these guys! Great prices, fast turnaround time and honest. I brought 2 iPhones in for service. I was quoted $100 at Apple to replace the LCD on one (these guys charged less than half that)! The other phone I suspected had a digitizer issue and I was prepared to fork out some cash; however, when I came to pick it up, I was charged zero b/c all they had to do was reconnect a pin (my phone works great now). Did I mention they are fast! Both phones were ready in a few hours! I hardly ever write reviews, but these guys deserved a five start one! Thank you! more

I recommend Fones Gone Wild!!!! 5/7/2012

Its nice to know there are still honest businesses in this town. I have lived in Vegas most of my life and remember the days where you KNEW you could trust the businesses you dealt with because they had a small town mentality where everyone knew your name. Well, Fones Gone Wild is one of those FEW business in this town that have that quality. I will certainly go back to them for my cell phone needs. I am so done with cookie cutter, corporate idiots that have no idea how to treat their customers. Thanks. more

everything was fixed and the price was not too shabby 5/7/2012

I work in a detail shop and spilled degreaser on my iphone, i couldnt hear a thing, the buttons were unfunctionable, and pretty much everything was screwed, i found this place from google search and I called this morning, the people and service were A+ i took in my iphone at lunch and came back after work, everything was fixed and the price was not too shabby, i knew i was looking at a very exspenssive fix here but the young dude behind the counter said he guaranteed it would be under 200$ and it was! iPhone is back to greatnes all to the Fones Gone Wild ! A+ all around, environment was great, they ever had couches and Planet Earth playing on a sweet TV! more

One day my iPhone stopped playing music 5/4/2012

One day my iPhone stopped playing music to headphones. Later that day I also realized the outside volume buttons and power button weren't working. I had read up online and it sounded like it was about a $80 dollar fix, so I didn't really think it'd be worthwhile. I went to Fones Gone Wild early on a Thursday morning (I was on my way to work), and I actually got there 5 minutes before it even opened. Even though I was early, they let me in, looked at my phone instantly, and took 2 seconds to fix (a cable had come unhooked), and it wasn't anywhere near $80. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and I'll definitely go back the next time my iPod/iPhone needs fixing. more

I break, they fix alright! 5/4/2012

Can't say enough nice things about the service and results. Went at 6 PM on Saturday, ran upstairs, took about 10 minutes to put my iPhone in perfect working order after a fall from a second story window trashed the LED screen. For only about $12 more than a replacement 3Gs from ATT, I avoided a new two year contract commitment. more

i had to get my Evo glass fixed, these guys took care of me in no time i dropped my phone at 2;30 pm and by 4 the phone was good as new. and allso they rooted my phone 5 starts all the way more
