One morning terror overcame my body. I was stricken in panic and fear. Near immobilization I tell ya! My life had came crashing down. My Treo was not working. It's my life! I use it not only for personal but it is my business life line. All my contact information is in there, schedules and everything else. I went to my ATT, , dealer and holding back tears, calmly told them of my calamity. They actually referred me here. Not to a store or anything, but to another business. Strange, but I made my way over to see if they could help. I guess I wasn't the only one who needed help, there were several people there. Friendly service, straight forward, no nonsense attitude. Took my phone. I did wait an hour while the service guy worked on mine, but I think it was also due to some people in front of me. They fixed it, I don't know how, nor did they know what was wrong with it, but for $15 and knowing where to go next time I have a cell phone problem I'll take it!
