I ordered from this website about a year ago. I had never heard of it so I used a visa gift card instead of my REAL credit card to purchase a dress off here. I didn't run in to any problems besides my dress taking WAY to long to arrive and the packaging wasn't too professional. My dress was stuffed into a small square brown box and Kinda wrinkly when I took it out. more

When I tried to contact the company, I waited over 20 minutes to have someone respond. Not to mention, being transferred to the horrible manager ""Raymond"" who continued to call me sweetie and swore at me. This is unacceptable for any company to behave in such a matter. I have made several complaints to the Better Business Bureau and will continue to proceed until I get my money back. more

Utter shock w. the number of negative reviews this place has gotten. Then again the web is generally where people come to complain. Just got my shipment in from Flirt. Once again another success from the site. I always stock up before vacation because lets face it - vacay shopping can be just as stressful as planning. I purchased the key hole mini dress, Rhinestone bustier mini, a few tunics, a skirt, and 3 bikinis in preparation for my upcoming vacation this month... All I can say is.. Loves it!!! Everything fits as described.. size charts people, size charts! I chose FedEx ground and received my package in 3 business days, no problem! As a frequenter with Flirt, I have never had an issue shopping with them or contacting customer service for exchange inquires or anything else for that matter. Beyond excited to snap off the tags and flaunt these hot new summer necessities! <3 What would I do without you flirt.. once again you save the day! more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM STEALING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever come across. I ordered a shirt from them and upon receiving it, I realized the shirt was different from the picture online. I had to pay to mail it back because this company does not prepay for returns. The shirt was sent back to me claiming that it had been worn! I had never worn this shirt out and it still smelt of the plastic bag it was sent in! I emailed and called several times, not once getting through. Finally, I got ahold of a representative via phone by claiming that I was placing an order. That representative told me to send it back to the LA office and they would take care of it and reimburse me for the second mailing cost. I kept checking my account and I had no such reimbursement. I called and called again. Each time there was a different story. I even check with UPS and it was said that Flirt did receive the shirt for the second time, but Flirt claimed that they never received it! To this day, I do not have the money for the shirt or the shirt itself! Flirt catalog straight up stole from me! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM! Let me start by saying, i should have definitely read the reviews before i tried purchasing a halloween costume through them!! I couldn't believe how unprofessional this company is. I ordered a costume, and payed the extra for overnight delivery....two days later they told me my order was placed on hold, and I needed to call their 800 number to verify my card number in order to get the hold removed from my order. They said that if they didnt hear from me in 72 hours, my order would be canceled. I tried calling them for 2 days, and there phone lines were down. They finally emailed me a different number to call which happened to be some random girls cell phone, Jasmine was her name. She told me she would call me back in 10 minutes, but i waited almost 2 hours for her, so instead i tried her again. She told me she was going to release the hold from my order and it would ship on monday, mind you I payed for overnight shipping and this fiasco had already taken a week to resolve. Then, two days later, jasmine emails me back to tell me my costume was out of stock and was cancelled from my order!!!! Why on Earth did they not hold my costume!!! I was so upset!! On top of all that, they took the money from my card, and I am still waiting for my refund! Please dont make the same mistake I did, do not ever order anything from this rediculously unprofessional website!!!! more

I ordered from this site last night and today, I got a call from my bank that someone had attempted a purchase on my card in a different continent. I have shopped online before and never had this problem. It could be a coincidence, but I doubt it. Most likely it is because this website is not secure. I ordered a Halloween costume for my stepdaughter in August, paid with a credit card. Kept calling their ""customer service"" number and they told me item was being shipped and to be patient. Called a week before Halloween and impossible to get through to a human being... no wonder, I'm sure everyone was calling about their orders!! Never received the costume, had to drive 50 miles to buy another and pay $75 more for it. What a waste of time... HORRIBLE COMPANY, cute clothing but enjoy looking at the clothing on the models because that is the only place you will ever see it!! more

I used to order from them alot before back when they were in Cape C but recently they moved to Fort Lauderdale and while it used to take them foreverrrrrrrrrr to get stuff in ~ everything is in stock now! I ordered a dress with the usual amount of time it takes for a package to get to my house. Two weeks later, the money hasn't been taken out of my account, I've gotten no confirmation on whether the item was actually sent or not and I can't get ahold of anyone via telephone (apparently their customer service is down...whatever). \r \r So I wrote and cancelled my order. I use Internet shopping sites all the time and almost always have great experiences, but not with Flirtcatalog. I generally find better stuff on other sites (Flirt clothing tends to look cheap), but I recently found two dresses on the site that seemed okay. Upon making the purchase, I found out one of the dresses was on back order and would take two or three weeks to arrive. I was fine with that because I wrongly trusted the timetable they gave me. After about a month, I followed up and was told the dress would get to me that week. I called again in a week and was told the same thing. This went on each week for another month. Finally, I asked about canceling the order for the second dress or switching out for a different dress, and I was transferred to a manager. She said that, if I canceled the order, I'd owe them more money for shipping the first dress since I got a shipping rate based on a certain sales amount. That's right, I'd have to pay more for shipping if they DIDN'T ship the second dress. As far as trying to switch to another dress, they said I'd owe even more money for shipping. They would insist on treating it as a separate order so I'd have to pay the extra shipping on the first dress and then pay full shipping on the second dress. Besides trying to milk me for every nickel they could, the manger couldn't have been ruder. I didn't really care about the shipping costs or the manger's attitude, but I pressed the manager saying that, out of principle, they should be more helpful since it had been over two months for something they said would take three weeks max. The manger made some bitchy remarks and then hung up on me. That's right, I called customer service and all I got was lip service. Maybe others had better experiences, but I found they put as little care into their customer service as they do into their half-rate clothing lines. Tatiana Robinson Cons: Customer Service more
