Called to confirm the move twice, and twice was given different start times for the move. When I called on the day of the move, they did not have us scheduled. After 2 hours of back and forth with dispatch and the main office the movers came. They moved us very quickly, however they never showed up at the final destination - the move was from Manhattan to Queens, not long distance. They dodged our calls for the entire afternoon into the evening and then at 9pm told us they would not deliver our belongings until 2 days later! When they finally showed up, they would not unload the truck until we gave them cash. They ruined one piece of furniture and another piece is simply missing. more

By far the most unprofessional, unorganized, careless and overall horrible moving company ever!! \r \r Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE this company. My move was a nightmare and yours will be too if you use this company. Cons: Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Disorganized more

They were eight hours late! They broke many of my things and they charged me extra to remove my stuff from the truck! DONT USE THEM!! more

fixed price was exactly what i was hoping to find. my friend recommended them and they did a great job. the rate was better than expected and the movers were extremely nice and quick. They arrive on time, delivered my stuff shortly thereafter with no damage. That is what i call a successful move. If ur moving, check them out more

They moved me without any problems and the price was very reasonable. The movers were nice, my stuff wasn't broken, so what else can you ask for? Not much. I'd use them again and I recommend them to anyone who is moving. more

They were 6 hours late to pick up my boxes and they held all my boxes in their storage by their own mistakes and were late to receive my boxes for 2 weeks. Plus, half of my boxes that i received were half ripped open, broken, and crashed. They even lost my 3 boxes that were personal memories in it. Their attitude was RUDE, NO CARE, and CARELESS. I hope my experience will help somebody out there who do not want to miss or damage when you move. more

I wish I had read the review on this company before moving with them. They gave me a better price but screwed up my stuff in the move. Whatever I packed myself was saved somehow (thank god!!) but they broke my entertainment set (worth $500), my TV and lost one box (can't believe that you can loose a box!!) and now I'm fighting with them for claims.\r They are very nice until you sign the contract with them and then they start showing you their true colors. The 'fixed price' is just for name sake, they charged me (or I should say, forced me to pay) extra money on the day of moving. Since I had a flight in the evening, I had no other option but to agree to these guys. In fact I was about to miss my flight waiting for them to pick up my stuff.\r It is my experience with them that has prompted me to spend some time to write this review. The intension is to help those who are more careful (than me) while choosing movers.\r Note: In case you still want to take a chance with them, dont pay them full money in advance. And dont pay the remaining money until they have downloaded your stuff from the truck and you have inspected it. They will demand you to pay before they start downloading your stuff. If you are moving and you would like for all your stuff to get there, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lost my most valuble items, then gave me tremendous amounts of attitude about it. It is now 6 months after my move and I have not received any money from them. I know other people who have had similar experiences. They are unreliable, disorganized and they lie. Please trust me. Using this company is a big mistake. more
