Good Afternoon, I am not one to write reviews but this has made me so upset. I am in customer services and have been for a long time now. I work on behalf of a client that their customer car was impounded in New York. So I called the city and got all the info that I need to see about getting this car out of impound. So did all that and it was a huge bill,$2000.00 dollars for being there 15 day????? They did no repairs to the car at all, and then told me that they do not have to give me the brake down. Which is totally false? But anyway, the customer services that the gentleman that answer the phone was so bad. First I introduced myself and told him what; I was looking for and needed to know what kind of truck I would need to being. Asking him if it was towable, the answer I got from the gentleman totally Shocked me. And I QUOTE” He doesn’t give a **** what kind of truck I bring to pick it up , because he could care less if it drives, and he doesn’t have to tell me what kind of condition it was in, and he suggest that I bring a roll back” I was in shook. This guy being so rude was so mean and it TOTALLY discussed me. I deal with customers and clients ever day 7 to 5 everyday and if I kept talking to people like that, I would not be using them. I am not a person to place reviews, but felt like I needed to in this case. They are rude and nasty people and I can say for all that works there, but the manager there, is not a nice person. I don’t care if you are having a bad day, there is no reason to be rude and nasty to someone that is giving you money. I am done venting.
