Let me start by saying, unfortunately I was in a car crash and the police dept called Five J to tow my car. They took full advantage of my misfortune. They are extremely expensive and RUDE! Everytime I spoke to a staff member they were very nasty. Male and female alike. They sent out a guy to my house to scam me into giving them my car for free so they can sell it for parts!!! I refused then when I went to pick it up the superviser was very nasty as well. When I refused to donate my car to them he got real RUDE with me. He then tried to get me to pay $75 for a quote for getting my car fixed by them. CRAZY!!! I felt like i was being RAPED over and over again! I am so disgusted with the service, pricing and whole operation of this company. I was OVERCARGED! They even charged me $1.15 for a stamp that they decided to send a letter to my house. What kind of s*_t is that??? When i called for a tow from AAA he argued with me about their pricing then did not want to complete my receipt in full detail so I can get reimbursed by the insurance co. I also waited 45 minutes for them to pull my car from the parking lot to the street so I can tow it away. I had to pay for the wait too! They should be shut down for scamming people!Please dont get me wrong, I write great reviews for great companies but this one is not the one. They get NO STARS from me and as far as i'm concerned i'll be at the BBB letting them know how they operate in scamming people to get their cars and extra money. AND I FORGOT TO MENTION... THEY CLOSE ON THE WEEKENDS SO IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR BACK YOU BETTER GET IT FRIDAY BEFORE 4PM. I CALLED THEM FRIDAY AT 4:05pm THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSED AND I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO PICK UP MY CAR THEN MONDAY MORNING WHEN I GOT THERE THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE WEEKEND TOO!!!!! :-( THEY REALLY SUCK.PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF AND DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT USE THEM. THEY SHOULD BE THE LAST COMPANY IN THE WORLD BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM!!! SERIOUSLY. I'VE DEALT WITH THREE OTHER TOW AND FIX CAR COMPANIES AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF EXPERIENCE. THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!
