Great Service 11/25/2010

I bought a New Wrangler 2 or 3 years ago from Fitzpatricks and have been bringing it to them for service, oil changes, bike rack install etc ever since. My wife also brings her Liberty there. They go above and beyond especially in the service part of the organization. We are currently looking at to buy new Jeeps and will be heading to Fitzpatricks. more

Fitzpatrick's is Awesome! 9/10/2010

I bought a chrysler Sebring from Fitzpatrick's two years ago and I have been very pleased with the car (love it!) and the service. I find the guys in the service dept very helpful and honest. Firestone was charging my mother a fortune for a rear brake job that she didn't even need on her old Plymouth! We took it to Fitzpatrick's and they fixed the front brakes (rear were fine) and saved us like $500. more

Not impressed!! 4/1/2009

I just purchased a certified pre-owned 2005 Grand Cherokee from Fitpatrick's a few weeks ago. It has already been in the shop twice, once on the bed of a tow truck. First time because they claim the wheels were never balanced which is why it was producing such a rough ride, which did seem to fix most of the problem for now. Yesterday it would not start, after a tow in, turns out it had a bad battery. This could just be a coincidence, but it seems to me they did a 121 point inspection and that this stuff should have been straightened out before they sold it to me. Hopefully, this is the last time in the shop, but somehow I doubt it.... more

Fitzpatricks Inc 1/3/2008

I walked away from Fitzpatricks Inc very frustrated. I had an old Jeep. I wanted a new Jeep. I picked it out, we negotiated a price, signed a deal even. The next day they had the nerve to call me and tell me they couldn't give me the trade in they negotiated. They had ALL the service records on my car. It had been in their shop that very week. When it came to the point where I realized we couldn't do business, I sent my Dad down the hill to pick up my deposit check. The salesman bad mouthed me to my own father and tried to pick a fight with him. Never will I dset foot in the place, and I suggest you don't either! more
