I walked away from Fitzpatricks Inc very frustrated. I had an old Jeep. I wanted a new Jeep. I picked it out, we negotiated a price, signed a deal even. The next day they had the nerve to call me and tell me they couldn't give me the trade in they negotiated. They had ALL the service records on my car. It had been in their shop that very week. When it came to the point where I realized we couldn't do business, I sent my Dad down the hill to pick up my deposit check. The salesman bad mouthed me to my own father and tried to pick a fight with him. Never will I dset foot in the place, and I suggest you don't either!
