Grew up fishing off of port everglades on our 18 foot Welcraft. Had an amazing time. Caught a lot of mahi mahi, kings, wahoos, and tuna...

I want to thank the men at Fishing Headquarters so much for the great time that my friend Millie and her son Josh had on our fishing trip. What a great bunch of guys they were so helpful with the gear and teaching us every thing about big game fish, quite an interesting adventure. I wanted to go back out the very next day. When we left we felt like we were leaving long lost friends, Captain Paul and first mate Eric were fantastic cant wait to see you again next year. more

My husband and I had the best time on our fishing trip ,took off at 7:00am on the Big Game boat captain and first mate were very nice we caught 11 fish in 4 hours .The boat was very clean they were very helpful with showing us how to get the fish in .We loved it so much next year we are already making plans to come back . more

We went out last night on the anchor reef fishing trip. It was very windy and there were big waves. On the way out we were afraid that the fishing would not be that great, but we were wrong. We each caught a good handful of fish and had a lot of fun doing so. The two mates, Kevin and Eli, were very helpful and friendly. During the fishing trip, someone got very sick and had to be brought back to shore to the paramedics and we thought we had lost a lot of fishing time because of this. To our surprise, the captain brought us back out and gave us extra fishing time to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a lot of fun! more

We took a three hour fishing trip (4 hrs including boating out). We caught yellowtail snapper and, strawberry grouper. We had a fun family trip and Sammy, (first mate) took care of the kids and helped them out extensively. She also cleaned our fish and filleted them. We Highly recommend this excursion more

Rod and Joe are awesome! Great guys who really know their stuff. We tried several different things, Rod put us on the fish, Joe was on the ball all day, caught double digits including a huge Amberjack! I would highly recommend Fishing Headquarters and especially these two guys. Can't wait to come back!! more

This was the best fishing trip I've ever had, thanks to captain Rod and first mate Joe. They asked us what we would like to catch and we said we just wanted lots of action. First they took us trolling and we caught tuna, then we went deep see fishing and we hooked huge shark. We fought it for a while but lost it. Then shortly after we caught 4 foot amberjack, what an amazing fight that fish put out! After that we fished the shipwreck and caught bunch of snapper. The best thing is they do everything, you just relax and fight the fish. And at the end, back at the dock, they even clean the fish for you, fillet it or however you want, pack it in the bags, pour ice in your cooler and you're done. I'll definitely do it again, highly recommend, thanks guys for an awesome adventure!!! more

I charted one of the fishing boats last Sunday to take my parents fishing. Wow, what a time! We caught the variety of fish, an amber-jack, tuna, mahi-mahi-, and a king fish. Both the captain and the mate did a great job at finding the fish and helping us reel them in. I have been on the drift boat many times, and I'm glad I decided to charter one of the other boats. The experience was priceless. more

I have been fishing with the gang at Fishing Headquarters for about 6 years, and have always been impressed with the crew. On June 7th I took two of my students as a reward for their hard work all year and Captain Stew and the mates made it unforgettable. It was a perfect day on the water and the boys had a great time on their first experience deep sea fishing. If you are looking for a drift or charter boat when you are in Fort Lauderdale I highly recommend the team at Fishing Headquarters. You will enjoy the fishing, and you will love the friendly staff. more

What a great time my son and I had. We been on several fishing trips and this one was our best trip ever. Captain Ron and Joe were fantastic and very knowledgeable. My 13 year old son Kyle keeps talking about how cool those guys were and how special they made him feel when he reeled in the first fish. We are definitely coming back in the spring. I strongly recommend Fishing Headquarters specially if your group includes young lads. Thanks Ron and Joe you guys rock !!! more

My family and I went on the drift boat Friday the 4th of July. The mate Steven was wonderful. He was very help to not just my family but to everyone on the boat. It was about 20 people on the boat and he made sure every single person caught a fish even if he had to hook the fish for the customers and allow them to reel it in. He was very patient because I don't think no one on the boat had been fishing before. We had no cash at all to tip him and he told me it was not about the tips but it's about our family having fun. Even after receiving no tip he gave my granddaughter a multicolor fishing lure he said was his personal lure for a souvenir. I just want to thank Fishing Headquarters for giving my family a wonderful experience... One we will always remember. more

WOW!! WHAT A DAY OUT AT SEA"" first time out with my wife and three boys. We had the time of our life!!! Thanks to Captain Rod and Brett we caught numerous fish and THE ULTIMATE Big game fish a Golden Hammerhead shark 95"" which put up one heck of a fight. Captain Rod and Brett's experience and knowledge helped me bring it all the way into the boat. Very professional & great with the kids. They kept the boys involved ages 10, 7, and 3 each of the boys caught/helped catch a few of the smaller fish. The captain took pictures with the boys offered us water made sure the kids had a great time. The boys have not stopped talking about this trip and can't wait until next year. They even filleted our fish, iced and bagged which we immediately pan fried for lunch. Cannot thank Fishing Headquarters enough. BIG THANKS TO OUR CAPTAIN ROD AND BRETT YOU GUYS ROCK. See you next year!!! more

We had the best time ever!!!! Our crew captained by Greg was awesome!!!! They are the funnest group of guys. They had my husband and I laughing so much. We caught a lot of fish, and were even able to mount the barracuda!!!! These guys know where the fish are, and the best way to catch them. Never a dull moment! The fish were hitting fast and hard. We were there for our 10 year anniversary, and plan on coming back in the summer with the kids. Thank guys for making it the best time!!!!!!! more

I was passing through Fort Lauderdale on business and wanted to try sport fishing. I chose Fishing HQ because of the easy on-line booking plus excellent reviews and was not disappointed, it was an excellent 4 hour trip. There were 4 of us fishing using kites with live bait and we caught a mahi-mahi and 2 sailfish - fantastic action with the fish jumping out of the water right next to the boat. We released the sailfish but had a local restaurant (Coconuts) cook the mahi-mahi which was the perfect way to end the trip. more

This was an awesome trip. It is worth only for the time you spend in the boat, crossing the channels, seeing the yatchs, and sightseeing the coast. We didn't catch much fish but that is more random anyways. You never know when and what you are going to catch. The captain of the boat, Stew, is awesome and the staff, Chris, is fantastic! Both worked really well and are very very knowledgeable about fishing in the Fort Lauderdale coast. If you like fishing, it is a must go trip. If you have your own fishing equipment, it is a good idea to bring it. more

I have grown up on the waters of New England and have charter fished all my life. Recently I took some clients out fishing with Fishing Headquarters and these guys were simply the best charter guys I've ever worked with. They put us on fish on a lousy day and our clients had a great day. Andy and Rod kept our crew laughing the entire trip. I will be sure to book with these guys in the future. more

What a truely amazing day. I signed up for the morning 4 hour excursion and caught a 41"" Golden Amber Jack, what an experiance. I enjoyed it so much I went out again in the afternoon on the same boat with the same crew. On the afternoon trip I landed a 89"" sailfish on a treble hook and light line. With the coaching of Captian Paul and first mate Bobby we got it into the boat and it will be on the wall at home. I cant say enough about the good times and professionalism of the crew. I will be back more
