Well, I've had First Class come three or four times to do my carpets. I also called them back to do a re-grout of my kitchen tile, and I am so happy with that. It's just unbelievable. I would call them back in a heartbeat. They are very good, very punctual, very thorough, and just very nice to work with. It was a pleasure. more

They're very professional. He explained everything to me beforehand, and he was easy to work with. 10/9/2012

Rick was very professional. He kind of came out when I was in a bind. I was moving, and the carpet cleaning was supposedly done before, but it was really bad. First Class Carpet Cleaning came out on a moment's notice, and the carpets came out great. more
