Firestone Complete Auto Care

I really should have checked these guys out before taking my car there. I was quoted repairs OF $750 and was given a final bill of $1038. AND they couldn't understand why I was upset! These people are criminals. I would quit driving if my choice was to drive and take the car to them or not drive and never get the car fixed. more

I am wondering if because we are women, they like to lie and charge for services they haven't COMPLETED!!!! I took my vehicle for an oil change. I was told that it would take a hour to finish. A hour later, I get a phone call from one of the associates. He mentioned that I needed addtional work done and then he said that I needed an alignment. Now here is the kicker!!! I just took my car there 3 weeks prior to get an alignment!!!! THAT'S RIGHT, THE ASSOCIATE FROM THIS SAME FIRESTONE SAID THAT I NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT He said that I needed the back tires were bad and that I needed tires. Okay, if the techs from firestone had performed the alignment, wouldn't they had known that I had bad tires in the first place? After I futher questioned him, he said that he hadn't looked at my history. Wow!!!!! I just couldn't believe the dishonesty that people will do to make money. But believe you me, you reap what you sow!!! I will be reporting this to Firestone Corporation. I don't know what much will happen, but if this review can help at least a few people out there to take their vehicle to a more reputable business, I've made my point!!! more

I just want to say I am so disappointed in this company. Today I choose Firestone to take my car in to get a small leak in my tire fixed. They told me if I buy a whole car inspection as well they will rotate my tires too. I though well, I wasn't planning on getting a inspection but, the fact they throw the tire rotation is great so I will buy it because i need a rotation. - So I pay to get one tire fixed, a car inspection, and tire rotation. I arrive back to firestone to pick up my car. First off they can't find my keys. I wait for 20 min. They find them and go over what they did. Told me to my face they rotated my tires and even showed me on paper. I go outside and look at my car and found THEY NEVER ROTATED THEM! ! ! I marked the tires before hand with a marker to make sure they did it. I was blown away that people can be this dishonest. REALLY?!!! Isn't it against the law when a customer pays for a service and the company tells you verbally and in writing they did something and they didn't t do it ?! How is this OK? I am a childcare provider and that would be like me telling the parents I am watching their children and then I leave and just leave them and don't do it. Or taking your dog to get shots at the vet and they never do it. It shouldn't even be a question if it is done. Not to mention the fact I now doubt you guys even did any of the other things you SAID that you did. And how often are you doing this to people and jeopardizing innocent people and their safty? You completely take advantage of people and that is a very cruel. You should be ashamed of yourselves for your lack of loyalty as people and business. I want my full refund.. more

Avoid. I have used this place a few times, but each time I have become wiser as I have learned more about cars and have learned what questions to ask. Always ask specific questions and get the entire total with tax before you get any work done. Make sure you check the receipt before you pay. They tend to add a ton of stuff! A business can do well either by providing good service (or) ripping off their customers. I believe good service is a better option..but hey, no- these people will rip you off and throw you on the street the first chance they get. How do I know? I am not a certified mechanic but I do know a lot about cars. I do know that the people who leave this shop satisfied are those that don't know they've been ripped off.. oh no, I don't blame them for not knowing about cars, they're good at whatever they do.\r Avoid this shop, go to another firestone or another repair center instead. Check yahoo reviews on this shop, they're pretty bad. more

this auto repair shop was good. it had fast service and friendly mechanics. i was treated with respect and had everything i needed for my car. i would have liked to pay a little bit less. although i was given a discount on my repair anyways. i was over all impressed with my service here and will go back again. more
