This company, just today, baited and switched me on a tune-up. When I came in to pick up the car, I tried to have an intelligent conversation about how I perceived the transaction. Jason, the store manager, was extremely rude. He would not let me express my opinion even though I asked him to allow it. He ended up throwing my card back at me. My husband told me to go out and test drive the car before he left, we were there near as this is when they indicated the car was finished. Jason not only verbally assaulted us but threatened my husband. You should not do business with this company/location. We filed a police report and can only hope you can avoid being treated as we have by avoiding any business with Firestone Forest Park. We are investigating our legal options. We asked for a number for Jason's supervisor; the number he provided, as of this point, just rings and rings.
