Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had used these guys religiously years ago and was very happy. But they have had a great deal of turn over in management and technicians. DID NOT DO WORK PAID FOR - Recommend additional work based on "technician recommendation and experience" that was totally unnecessary. - cabin filter, changed in the last 3,000 miles. they recommended that I do an oil change. They were supposed to do an oil change! Well at least I paid for one :( Was this a sign charging for services not performed "theft" or just more evidence of incompetence? I am not sure. Based on the rest of my experience I really wonder. I had purchased \r a lifetime alignment from these guys sometime back. Unfortunately, this particular location only wants to sell services apparently, and not actually perform the service. I brought the the car in and requested that I receive a before and after. They only gave me partial readings on the before. 13 out of a possible readings 22 reading. Amazingly the final reading more

Stay Away - Worst Experience Ever more

I took my car here and they left the cap off of the oil. When I turned on my car, oil went all over the place. They were very rude about cleaning it up. Jason, the manager was extremely rude to us. Then, to top that off, they quoted us $500.00 for new brakes, which we ended up not needing. Save yourself the frustrations by not going here! Cons: They do not know what they are doing more
