I had used these guys religiously years ago and was very happy. But they have had a great deal of turn over in management and technicians. DID NOT DO WORK PAID FOR - Recommend additional work based on "technician recommendation and experience" that was totally unnecessary. - cabin filter, changed in the last 3,000 miles. they recommended that I do an oil change. They were supposed to do an oil change! Well at least I paid for one :( Was this a sign charging for services not performed "theft" or just more evidence of incompetence? I am not sure. a lifetime alignment from these guys sometime back. Unfortunately, this particular location only wants to sell services apparently, and not actually perform the service. I brought the the car in and requested that I receive a before and after. They only gave me partial readings on the before. 13 out of a possible readings 22 reading. Amazingly the final reading
