Before I went for my extensive wax , I called and talked to Annalize. She talked to me for a long time, and was no pressure at all when it came to making the appointment. She wanted me to feel comfortable first with the idea of the procedure. She was so friendly, knowledgable and comforting, I made the appointment. I have had waxes in the past, but nothing like this. I was afraid of the pain, and Annalize made it as pain free as it could be. The environment and staff were professional, clean, calm, relaxing. It really was a great experience. I am now a regular returning customer. I really wouldn't go anywhere else. Finding the place initially was a challenge. It is on the side of the building, facing the west side of the street, no parking directly spots in front of the spa. I have highly recommended the spa to many people I know. I recently had the priviledge of visiting Finesse Spa...I chose this spa pretty much because it was close to my house and I REALLY needed a facial. My boyfriend also decided to tag along for a much needed massage. After having a bit of trouble actually finding the specific suite in an awkward location, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by Annalize. Annalize also did my facial, and did an AMAZING job! She made me feel very comfortable and had extremely gental and soothing hands paired with an excellent technique and knowledge of her field. The next day my skin was glowing and looked rejuvenated! My boyfriend has had many massages in his time and said that Stephanie was one of the best he has ever had! All in all, a memorable and great experience. The value was good and we will most certainly be back! Thank you Annalize, Stephanie & Finesse Spa! Pros: Excellent customer service and great results! I have lived in 5 states over the past 10 years and gone to atleast 30 different salons/spas and I love this one! It is hidden on the street side of the shopping center, but now that I know where it is and have experienced the spa, I will defnitely be going back. Plus the parking to go directly to the spa is opposite of all the main parking, so although there were no spots by the other stores, it was wide open for the spa. I was warmly greeted and we proceeded on to my waxing treatment. It was quick and painless and I was on my way with the rest of my day. I will definitely be back! While the shopping center location might not look like much, the service and staff are top notch. The facility is clean and has a very nice ambiance. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, offered a glass of water and then whisked to my private treatment room. The only complaint that I had about the facility was that you could hear muffled voices from the treatment room next door. However, this was one of the best facials that I've had and I left feeling so refreshed and relaxed.\r The line of Barbor products is nice and they smell fantastic. The added feature of warm mittens really soaked in the rich hand cream and left my hands super soft. \r The prices were also very reasonable. I will definitely be back soon!
