Going into Findlay North Volkswagen this past Saturday was absolutely the best experience my husband and I have ever had leasing a new car, completely due to the fact that Vanessa helped us. She immediately welcomed us when we arrived, and starting serving our needs. Vanessa was extremely knowledgeable about the all our options for the Passat, and got us into a test drive right away. We are going today to pick up our new VW Passat 2012 with everything that we could want -- Bluetooth, satellite radio, color, price, design, and style.
