Cotton was very helpful and pleasant in every aspect of the purchase of the car. He allowed me to take the lead in what I wanted to accomplish today, and did not try to manipulate me in what might be best for him or the dealership. He answered all my question pertaining to the car and gave it to me straight up with no sugarcoating. We went on two test drives, one with a few extra options and one with the car I planned on purchasing. In the end I got the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. We moved through the whole process very efficiently and professionally. I was impressed. Jamie was simply the most enjoyable and proficient finance person I have had the pleasure to have worked with and I have dealt with quite a few. He absolutely never pressured me to purchase extra options while still pointing out how one or two may be worth my while.. He knew his business inside and out and made the whole experience of filling out all the paper work quick, painless and fun. Findlay North VW is my favorite dealership!
