I read the menu on the website, and I thought this place was worth a try. That turned out to be a tremendous under statement. The shared offerings of deviled eggs stuffed with crispy pork belly and pork roulette with mustard and picked cauliflower brought smiles to the table. The appetizers of Foie Gras with fig jam and cashew butter, and the roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pistachio nuts and poached egg, changed the smiles to giant grins. The was some good stuff, real good stuff. The entrees were spectacular, braised Rabbit, Shrimp and Grits, Boar Tenderloin with red eye gravy, each different and delicious. I love good food but this night was so special I had the chef sign a copy of the menu. This place is a must try.
