cleaning last week 12/5/2011

Although the dental assistant did a good job on cleaning my teeth, I am disappointed and unhappy that Dr. Tolbert or anoter dentist did not inspect the work as I would normally expected. more

took fixed plus a free shower 11/23/2011

famuily dental is the place to go if you want great work done on your teeth. i have been going there about 18 months and each time i receive state of the art work by an excellent professional staff. this time besides getting a tooth fixed, i got of all things, a free shower, actually i got sprayed. all i can say is thanks, i especially enjoyed the shower. bruce more

implant and normal cleaning 11/18/2011

Implant procedure was excellent by both Erica and Dr Tolbert but my cleaning is where I give 2-1/2 stars-hygenist was sloppy,clumsy, splashing water on face,felt like she was taking my filling out when she was just getting tarter off and scheduled my next cleaning but never asked if time or date was okay -just handed appointment card to me that she figured out best - I believe I had this same hygenist on a Sat.and had the same issues - I will make sure I get my normal hygenist on my next visit-if she is unavailable I will work my schedule out to meet hers- more

Issue with Insurance - should be told before appointment 11/18/2011

The cleaning/exam was great, no issues there. The issue came when after the cleaning, I was told the service was going to cost me $$$. I was used to 2 free cleanings a year paid by ins. but was told once the max payment from ins, you are responsible for payment. It would have been good to know that so I could re-schedule the cleaning till after 1st of year. more

IT WAS A WONDERFUL TIME. THE MOST FUN I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME. SHE TOLD ME JOKES ALL THE TIME WHICH MADE ME SMILE. AND WHEN SHE WAS THROUGH SHE GAVE ME ALL KINDS OF GOODIES.WHEN I LEFT THEY HELPED ME BY PUSHING ME OUT THE DOOR AND DOWN THE RAMP. more

Wonderful staff all the way around 11/10/2011

I know going to the dentist is not on the top of anyones list but the staff at Family Dental Health makes it comfortable all the way through. From the receptionist all the way to the dentist. They are thorough, professional and very personable. I cannot say enough good things about the practice. I have been going to them since arriving in Greenville and would not consider anywhere else! more

Dr. Twitchell is an excellent dentist! He is humble, pleasant, and has a great sense of humor! He made my crown and filled my cavity just right the first time! He is sincere, and cares about my comfort. His front desk; billing person; dental hygenist, and dental assistant were also sincere and super-nice! more
