Implant procedure was excellent by both Erica and Dr Tolbert but my cleaning is where I give 2-1/2 stars-hygenist was sloppy,clumsy, splashing water on face,felt like she was taking my filling out when she was just getting tarter off and scheduled my next cleaning but never asked if time or date was okay -just handed appointment card to me that she figured out best - I believe I had this same hygenist on a Sat.and had the same issues - I will make sure I get my normal hygenist on my next visit-if she is unavailable I will work my schedule out to meet hers-
