1/4/2012 Visit 1/6/2012

This is my second visit to Family Dental Health of Brushy Creek and it has yet to dissapoint me. My wait time is extremely minimal and the customer service is the best that I have every received from any doctor's office. Dr. Tolbert and his crew take care of their patients as though they were family memeber and stop at nothing to ensure that they are taken care of in the best way possible. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Family Dental Health of Brushy Creek and will recommend them to anyone seeking a Dentistry in the upstate. more

AWESOME DENTISTRY PRACTICE! 12/29/2011

Family Dental Health of Brushy Creek is AWESOME! Friendly, very efficient staff who truly care about you as a person! Dr. Tolbert and Libby are great! My only regret is that I did not become a patient there SOONER! I would highly recommend their practice to anyone! more

Difficult patient 12/28/2011

I am a very difficult patient as I have an extremely small mouth opening. It is very tedious for me but especially for those working on my teeth. I received nothing but kindness and patience during my 2 hour session more

Great experience 12/25/2011

Dr. Twitchell met me at the office on Christmas Eve to fix a broken crown. They were extremely helpful, explained everything as they did it, and made me feel comfortable. Their were very gracious about giving up part of their holiday to help me. more

terrific treatment 12/23/2011

my experience like always was fantastic, couldn't have been better. i always look forward going to the dentist, because i know i am getting the best treatment possible. talking with the office staff is always a plus.another plus is family dental doesn't take 1/2 days off on friday or any other day. i have been going to family dental for about 2 years and my appointment has never been rescheduled for any reason. they are always there for you, thank you for putting the customer first. more

the problem was that I came in early, for no reason! I waited an hour and a half, to see anyone! in the mourning! which I don't have appointments for! so I was/am dissapointed! normally I have no problem, except for costing so much! more

The doctor and nurse were most pleasant and efficient. They explained all that they were doing,and during the 2 hours, 45 minutes, I felt very comfortable. Thank you both very much. Katherine Smith P.S. Loved "joshing" with the receptionists too! more
